RE: Request to investigate recently abandoned cars at
Sargent Creek.
As per your request I went out to Sargent Creek to investigate
the recently abandoned cars. (See attached photographs).
One solution to prevent further use of this area as a car
dump is to put a chain across the entrance, as seen in photo-
graph #2.
I interviewed Mr. Healy to detdrmine if he could provide
me with more information on the "grey, late model •International
pick up truck" as reported to me by Mr. Healy in an earlier
conversation on the telephone. Mr. Healy couldn't remember
anything more about this vehicle, but said he would keep his
eyes "peeled" and try to get a license plate number.
I also went by Walt's Auto Repatr in order to determine if
this grey truck belonged to him. No truck of this description
was present at this time.
Uwill go by again tonight after five o'clock to see if this
truck belongs to Walt's Auto Repair.
In any •case I will keep this matter at the top of my priority
list of investigations and keep you posted on any further develop-
ments.
