Project Description. Shingle installation
Project Location: 1818 E. Rezanof Dr., Kodiak AK
Job consists of installing 5Oyr shingles; two new skylights to replace skylights in vaulted lobby.
Job will include leaving existing shingles on the roof and over lay application. All other skylights
will be removed.
THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of theday of May 2015, by Mark Withrow (hereinafter called
OWNER) and Hogen.Construction, Inc., an Alaska corporation. Licensed General Contractor,
License No. AA24324 (hereinafter called CONTRACTOR).
All work is to be completed by the Contractor in a substantial and workmanlike manner
according to standard (or better) industry practices. Labor charged out at $62.00 per man hour
$93.00 overtime hour for additional labor outside scope of bid. Lesser paid workers will be
charged at $48.00. per hour
OWNER agrees to pay CONTRACTOR for all materials (with 6% mark up) and all labor at
above stated rate.
OWNER agrees to pay all subcontractors (i.e. Plumber, Electrician, Sheet rocker) directly.
OWNER agrees to pay CONTRACTOR remainder of costs within 5 days of completion ofj ob.
CONTRACTOR received $8,000.00 down payment from OWNER upon signing.
