Our enforcement officer, Martin Lydick, suggested the best way to determine that is to contact the city utility billing office and cnnh1m that two utility bilis have been sent out and paid on that building over the years without interuption. According to Borough Assessing records, the structure was built in 1965. A 1974 rezoning file (Case 322A) indicates that the structure is a duplex and was built as such.
