To whom it may concern:
I'm writing in response to a letter I received on October 29, 2008.
I apologize that I am responding so late, the morning of the October 27th I was
called to fly to Dutch Harbor, AK for an emergency replacement of a deckhand.
Therefore, I had no knowledge of this issue until November 22' .
As of October 1, 2008 I became the new owner of Lot 1 of Dayton
Subdivision, I am in the process of learning and understanding the different rules
and regulations to owning this property. I do understand the need for cleanup of
the many miscellaneous items I also inherited while buying the land and intend to
clean the space as soon as I can.
Do to my finances and typical Kodiak winter weather, it will put a delay on
clean up. I want to make it clear that I do not intend for this lot to stay in its
current condition. Because I make my living as a commercial fisherman, I am in
and out of town seasonal but I plan to restore the lot to acceptable conditions by
May 1, 2009.
