It seems that Mark Majdic has put an apartment in the top floor of the East Point building. It ap that M ry Jane Randolph has rented out her house and moved into this apartment with M rk M actually got the info from Mar Jane's renter. In looking at the property card, I don't see any building permit activity relating to an apartment nor does Erin in ComDev. 1
