This is confirmation of our discussion earlier this year in which I
agreed that the Borough had no objection for the Service District to
utilize the existing concrete structure I ocated_ on -Lot .4; - Bl ockil ;
-Tract A;:13011 "S F1att4kla-Ska- Subdivision for control burn and fire
training purposes. It is understood that there is no long term com-
mittment or transfer of title by allowing this structure to be
utilized as indicated above.
