The purchase price of the mobile home is Three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($3,440.00). As Sellers owes Buyer space rent in
the amount of Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars
($3,440.00), Buyer's payment will be a forgiveness of the seller's
outstanding debt to buyer. The forgiveness shall be effective as
payment in full for the mobile home upon execution of this bill of
sale by seller.
