The interior walls and ceilings are in need of paint and the fluor coverings are in poor condition. The attic is dry rind well ventilated with unobstructed soffit vents and guble end vents. The urea is insulated with K -38 fiberglass bats. The exterior walls are of 2x4 construction on the upstturc and can be assumed to be insulated with R-11 fibcrgiuss.
