WHEREAS, by Certificate of Allotment dated December 18, 1991, and recorded in the
Kodiak Recording District, Book 0110, Pages 676 -677, Serial Number 92 -0043, on
January 7, 1992, Laura M. Olsen was issued a Native Allotment pursuant to the Act of
May 17, 1906 (34 Stat. 197), as amended, for the following described land:
Seward Meridian, Alaska, T. 26 S., R. 21 W., Scc. 26, Lot 6; Sec. 35, Lots
2, 3, and 4, containing 163 acres, as shown on the plat of survey accepted
on January 9, 1980.
subject to the conditions that the land shall be inalienable and nontaxable until otherwise
provided by Congress.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Probate Decision IP SL 216G 96 -Al (Estate of Laura
Margaret Olsen) and Probate Decision No. P000026294IP (Estate of Laura Belle Angell),
Laurel Louise Earl, Julie Wyn Earl, and Jesse Allan Earl, inherited Lot 3, AA'A
CINGAQ Subdivision, recorded as plat No. 95 -21 Kodiak Recording District, a
subdivision of Lot 6, Section 26 and Lots 2, 3 and 4, Section 35, Township 26 South,
Range 21 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, containing 33.12 acres according to the plat of
record and restrictions were retained.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 855), as amended, Laurel
Louise Earl, whose mailing address is: P.O. Box 1946, Kodiak, Alaska 99615; Julie Wyn
Earl, whose mailing address is: 16025 Chehalis Road, Apt. 4, Apple Valley, California
92307; and Jesse Allan Earl, whose mailing address is: P.O. Box 2397, Helendale,
California 92342, applied to have the restrictions against alienation removed from the
following described land:
Lot 3, AA'A CINGAQ Subdivision, recorded as plat No. 95 -21 Kodiak
Recording District, a subdivision of Lot 6, Section 26 and Lots 2, 3 and 4,
