1. This notice must be filed in-the proper land office.
Surveyed land (submit in duplicate)
Surveyed land must be described by legal sub-
divisions, section, township and range numbers,
and meridian.
Unsurveyed land (submit in triplicate)
Unsurveyed land must be described by metes and
bounds as accurately as possible, giving the length
and direction of each of the boundaries of the tract;
the description of each of the several corners; and
the position of the land with reference to established
survey monuments, towns, roads, creeks, rivers,
mountain peaks, or other prominent topographic
points, natural objects or other points of reference.
If desired,:to provide certainty of location of the
tract, the approximate latitude and longitude of one
of the corners should be given. A topographic or
other map containing an outline of the boundaries
of the tract may be submitted with this notice. .
5. The applicable laws are:
