Description of Proposed Action: Construction of a 10,888 sq. ft. two -story seafood processing building as depicted in attached site
plan. 26 off - street parking spaces required as per variance approved on 10/15/2014 (Case No. 15 -002). Parking plan with 26 off - street
parking spaces provided. Access to rear spaces is through adjacent lot in contiguous ownership (Lot 6A -1, Block 18, New Kodiak
Subdivision). Parking plan meets the requirements of KIBC 17.175.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.
