were submitted to the quallfied voters Jfl the Kodiak 27 Island Borough and 28 29 PROPOSITION NO 30 GENERAL OBUGATION BONDS $76310000 KODIAK HIGH SCHOOL 31 Shall the Kodiak Island Borough incur debt and issue general obligation bonds in anamount not 32 to exceed Seventy Six Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars $76310000 for the 33 purpose of paying thecost of planning design construction furnishing and equipping of school 34and related capital improvements in the Borough including without limitation the projects 35 described below 36 37 PROPOSITION NO.2 38 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR
