He has a renter in the property and he stated he is leaving the island this afternoon and will be out of country until May 15, 2010. He has elected to have his daughter, Ann Ellingson to be his authorized agent for any matters pertaining to the review and any BOE activities associated with this review. Ms. Ellginson will be out of town until 4/11/10. Mr. Dorman stated that she will not have access to his mail, it is being held for him until he retums to Kodiak. So, we need to let Ms. Ellingson know what the results of the informal review are. Her phone number is 486 -5050, she works as a Public Health Nurse at the Griffin Building and can be reached there, too.
