February 25, 2014 Regular Meeting KIB School District Conference Room
CALL TO ORDER
VICE CHAIR SALTONSTALL called to order the regular meeting of the Parks & Recreation
Committee at 7:03 p.m. in the KIB School District Conference Room.
ROLL CALL
Requested excusal was Rick Lindholm, Michael Marion, and John Neff.
Confirmed attendance was Jeff Huntley, Patrick Saltonstall, and Michael Scalzo.
Committee member present were Patrick Saltonstall.
A quorum was not established,
Due to staff knowing there wasn't going to be a quorum the confirmed committee members
were contacted and told they didn't have to come.
Community Development Department staff present was Sheila Smith.
ADJOURNMENT
Due to a lack of quorum the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
