December 10, 2013 Regular Meeting 6:30 p.m. in the KIB School District Conference Room
CALL TO ORDER
CHAIR SALTONSTALL called to order the December 10, 2013. Parks & Recreation regular
meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the KIB School District Conference Room.
ROLL CALL
Helm Johnson and Rick Lindholm requested excusal.
Confirmed to attend were Patrick Saltonstall, Michael Marion, John Neff, and ex-officio
member Stephens. Smith was directed to let the members confirmed to attend that there
wouldn't be a quorum therefore they didn't need to come just to take roll call and adjourn.
Committee members present were Patrick Saltonstall.
A quorum was not established.
Community Development Department staff present was Sheila Smith.
Members of the City Parks & Recreation Committee present were Charlie Powers, Ryan
Murdock, Natasha Hayden, and John Butler.
CHAIR SALTONSTALL stated he'd like to hold a Parks & Recreation meeting on January 13,
2014 if a quorum can be met and instructed Smith to reserve the room.
Due to a lack of quorum CHAIR SALTONSTALL adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
