IV. Public Comments
Penny:Sign at Island Circle is there, needs placing upright.
V. Special Meeting(at request of KIB Assembly to discuss and vote on surface water discharge into
MBRSA"administered" Greenbelt,and platting plans)
1. Greenbelt Zoning: Dave Conrad explained replatt process. Bob Scholls has been directed to move
survey task up in priority November. NO ACTION REQUIRED by MBRSA
2. Natural Surface Water Conveyance into Greenbelt Area: Runoff from forestland above highway will
be channeled to safe outlet in Greenbelt- no landfill effluent waters will contact it. KIB asks MBRSA for
approval to proceed with plan.
• Motion: Move to approve KIB designs and works to divert natural runoff waters as
described by Dave Conrad, KIB Engineering and Facilities, in letter to MBRSA dated
September, 27, 2013.
• Motion made by Steve Steffensen, 2nd by Tom Lance
• Motion Passed
