The second seat will be filled per KIBC 84 4.15.040 D & E. 85 86 Section 8: In the Monashka Bay Road Service Area, Tom Lance and Randy Spivey 87 were elected to three year terms each. 88 89 Section 9: In the Womens Bay Service Area Board, Greg J. Egie and Jessica Horn, 90 both write-in candidates, were elected to three year terms each. 91 92 Section 10: In the Borough-wide election for Proposition No. 1, the proposition passed. 93 94 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE 95 KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT the election was validly held and that the clerk is 96 directed to deliver to each person elected to office a certificate of election and the clerk is 97 directed to incorporate the changes in the Borough code with the passage of Proposition 98 No. 1. 99 100 ADOPTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH 101 THIS SEVENTEENTH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2013 102 103 KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH 104 105 106 107 ATTEST:ATTEST: r;ome M.
