No partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment is intended to be created by this non - exclusive use easement grant. Grantees' business is separate and apart from the business operated by AKI. Grantees shall have no authority to act for AKI in any manner or to create any liability or obligation binding AKI. 19. NUE Nonwaiver: In regard to the NUE obligations of Grantees, the failure by AKI to insist in any instance upon the strict performance or observance of any obligation of Grantees, or to exercise any election herein contained, shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of the future performance of any such obligation or the right to exercise such election, but the same Page 14 BKOO182PGO546 shall continue and remain in full force and effect with respect to any subsequent breach, act, or omission. 20.
