Thank you for your time on the telephone a few minutes ago. As we discussed, R &M is agent for Harbor Enterprises (dba
Petromanne Services) as they design and permit the replacement of their floating dock in Kodiak's Near Island Channel. The physical
address of the facility is 104 Marine Way, the legal description is New Kodiak Subdivision, Block 18, Lots 1,2, and parts of Tract 9,
Tidelands Survey ATS 49 and Tract 94 KIB.
We have requested zoning compliance review from the Kodiak Island Borough Community Development Department. As part of that
process, they indicated they needed your concurrence that the project does not require EPA notification under asbestos regulations
(relevant Borough documents on this are attached). If you would provide that concurrence, we would appreciate it.
