property line as indicated on the site plan attached. Site plan was specifically developed for this request because there is not prior
site plan on file at the Fire Station or in the Community Development Department.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.

1) As an accessory structure subsidiary and incidental to the main structure, this site plan
change will not be required to undergo a commission site plan review. This accessory structure will be shown on the site plan when
the upcoming addition is proposed for the fire station. 2) The alternate location will need to be used in order to ensure that setback
requirements are met. 3) The placement of the container shall not reduce the availability of required off - street parking spaces.
