John,
You and I worked on an earlier project we did here in Kodiak, back January 9", 2012, now we have more work coming up
this spring.
We are going to be dividing up an existing warehouse into two different rooms, two thirds will remain warehouse, the
remainder will become a break room for our employees. We will be installing (2) divider walls, in an "ell' shape. There
will be no demolition or removal of existing walls, ceilings or floors, rather, we will be setting the new walls on top of the
existing flooring and tying it to the ceiling trusses.
I am working with Martin Lydick, with the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning department and need your
approval in order to satisfy their requirements. He indicated that an email from you, like on our last project, would be
sufficient for him.
I have attached the Notification of Demolition form that I filled out and signed.
Please let me know if you need more information.
