MEETING MINUTES
Call to order: by President Darlene Turner, 7:10pm

Review and Approval of Agenda for October 3, 2012:
Review and Approval of June 1, 2012 Minutes:
Public Comments: Jamie Godwin - concerned about number of cars parking in road on Island
Circle, plus need to replace /repair street sign for same; and need speed limit sign on Marmot.
Andy Dano - Our road contractor needs to improve blade work with grader... lots of "chatter"
pattern-left in road after it was graded. This was more than the wash board formation from
wheels.

• MBRSA has spent all budgeted ditching $$; still have about $14K left in budget from last

New Business:
• Reed Oswalt's proposal to P &Z to remove green belt note on plat map.
o Comments sent to KIB Community Development on Oct 2, 2012 asking that P &Z
deny proposal to remove green belt note on plat map.
• Scope of Work and Cost Estimate for road improvement engineering and geotechnical
services, from Joshua Cross, P.E. Project Manager, Lounsbury & Associates, Anchorage.
COST for their giving us a bid was about $1,200, and for surveying, geotec, and CE work
bid is $278,723
• Discussion of out - sourcing minute taking responsibilities at MBRSA meetings. - We will
try to continue as before - do it ourselves, and not pay KIB to do it. It may require a
change in MBRSA by -laws ...
• O'Donnell's trees - question if he was going to take them down in RoW... pending
