Citizens Comments -Jess Ford, property owner on Noch Dr., stated that the last
portion of Noch Dr was repeatedly skipped by the snow plow last winter and has
been skipped by the grader this summer /fall. Also stated that the road is only 12
feet wide. Dave C stated that although the road was narrow it was in better
shape than many other gravel roads in the district and that grading it would
possible bring up large rocks. A discussion followed where it was stated by the
board that a possible widening of the road would be placed on the project list and
the contractor would ensure that the drivers would not stop plowing before the
end of the road.
