A. Call to Order
Chair Hacker called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
B. Roll Call
Board members present were Gregg Hacker (GH), Scott Bonney (SB), Cliff Ford (CF),
Sonny Vinberg (SV). KIB Staff Present were Woody Koning (WK), Kelsea Kearns
(KK) and Jessica Wolfe (JW). Also present was Tony Yorba, Jensen Yorba Lott; Matt
Glassman, DLR Group; Chris Gianotti, Brian Nielson, PND Engineers; Chris Lynch,
Kodiak Construction Services
A QUORUM WAS ESTABLISHED.
SV MOVED TO EXCUSE Jerrol Friend, Mike Brechan and Ray Nordgulen due to
previous commitments.

Chair Hacker turned the meeting over to YORBA for presentation and discussion of'
progress to date. Structural and Architectural design staff were present.

Board members present decided to continue on with meeting as a work session. No
voting will be conducted.
G. Tony Yorba continued the 80% Design Development presentation. Civil Engineer, Paul
Kendall, Electrical Engineer, Robert Posma and Mechanical Engineer, Roger Full, PDC
Engineers design staff were present.
Design issue tracker spreadsheet with ARB comments /concerns attached.

WK thanked everyone for all their hard work and dedication. He also reported that KIB
had hired PC & Associates to conduct a peer review and code review for the design
documents.
