1. Bay Circle utility relocation - letter from Dan Busch requesting
relocation of water/sewer lines to prevent removal of forty trees.
Additional cost could be $15,000 - 20,000. Property owners are
willing to give easements to allow relocation. Assembly concurred
with request.
2. Review of Bay View Drive barracade by state DOT. Representatives
from DOT will be in Kodiak on Monday, Nov. 24 to meet with borough.
3. Kodiak Island subsistence - review of proposed letter to state Fish
& Game Commission regarding classification of Kodiak as "urban"
with regards to subsistence. Assembly approved letter.
4. Board and commission appointments -
Personnel - Sapp, 2-yr; Smothers, 2-yr; McFarland, 1-yr.
Hospital - White; Hogan
Mental Health - Lackman, Eberhardt
Architectural Review - Heinrichs, Hall
P&Z - Heinrichs, Hendel

5. Animal Control - fee schedule reviewed. Draft contract given to
asssembly, to be reviewed later.
6. Survey results - reviewed results of telephone survey. Ordinance
to be introduced at Dec. meeting calling for special election for
1� sales tax in February.
7. Selief Lane drainage area - task force to look at solution within
three months. Wayne Stevens, Alan Austerman, Larry Nicholson, Jack
Freise, Jim Ranagalia, Bud Cassidy, Dave Crowe, Herman Beukers.
