1987-52 Adopting a Capital Improvement Program for the Fiscal Year 1989 Through 1993 and Established Capital Project Priorities.WHEREAS, a Five-Year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared by the Borough for fiscal years 1989 through 1993, and WHEREAS, the Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the prioritized FY 89 capital improvement priorities at its meeting in accordance with Borough Code Section 2.24.030 (e), and WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly held a public hearing on the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program including the priorities during its meeting on October 1, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the document entitled "Kodiak Island Borough Capital Improvement Program" for the years from July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1993 is hereby adopted by reference, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough's capital project priorities for FY 1989 are as follows: KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 87 -52 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989 THROUGH 1993 AND ESTABLISHING CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITIES.
