A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REVERSING THE
DECISION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMIISSION DENYING A REQUEST FOR THE
( PROPOSED SUBDIVISION CREATING LOTS 1 AND 2 OF ADL 44355 AND TRACT "B" OF BLM
TRACT D.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission at
their July 18, 1984 regular meeting returned to the developer, the Kodiak Island
!Borough, the proposed subdivision creating Lots 1 and 2 of ADL 44355 and Tract "B"
of BLM Tract D, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough appealed the decision of the Planning
and Zoning Commission per Section 16.32.030A and Section 16.32.030C of the Borough
Code, and

WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly had previously declared
the area to be platted as Lot 1 of "Sawmill Subdivision" as excess to the
Borough's needs, and
WHEREAS, the plat as presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission
Ynet all the platting requirements of the Borough Code, and
WHEREAS, the reasons for returning this subdivision to the developer
for redesign are not valid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
'i everses the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission and grants final
pproval to "Sawmill Subdivision" creating Lots 1 and 2 of ADL 44355 and Tract "B"
of BIM Tract D.
