II Fund American as Bond No. C- 196791 dated September 25, 1967 signed by Phillip C. Anderson and Fred C. Brechan, Principal and Fireman's? i 'Fund Insurance Company, Surety, binding themselves to the Kodiak Island Borough to furnish material, labor and equipment for the I completion of 230 feet of water line and 190 feet of sewer line on ' th e subdivision owned by Phillip Anderson and Brechan Enterprises, � Inc., and said plat having been approved by the Borough Engineer. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ',ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6 OF 1 THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS I WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak lsla n irougz Il aACOCe of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat should be approved by the Borough Assembly by resolution, which resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets. I alleys, easements, or other open spaces dedicated to public pur- i poses, and WHEREAS, Phil Anderson, has presented for approval his inal plat of the resubdivision of Lot Eighteen g een (18) U.S. Survey ;'No. 3099, Kodiak, Alaska, prepared by G. S. Best, Registered Land , i i Surveyor, and the same shows a dedication by the owner of all the (easements for public utilities, roadways and alleys shown thereon !I for public use, and Page One, RESOLUTION NO. 67 -28 -R KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 67 -28 -R NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly grant its approval to the final plat presented by Phil Anderson of the resubdivision of Lot Eighteen (18) U.S. Survey No. 3099, Kodiak, Alaska, and that the Kodiak Island Borough accept all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedi- cated to public purposes as set forth in said plat and accepts the conditions of the performance bond herein to insure the instal- lation of adequate sewer and water lines on said property as re- quired by the Kodiak Island borough Code of Ordinances and Resolu- tions. !ATTEST: Borough; Clerk PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of October, 1967.
