A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
1 ISLAND BOROUGH SETTING A DELINQUENCY TAX DATE FOR SECOND HALF TAXES;
DUE IN 1967.
WHEREAS Chapter Three,
Sub - Chapter One, Section 4 -A
the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
provides that the second half of the taxes levied in a fiscal year
shall be due on the 15th day of October and are delinquent if not
paid by the 1st day of November of that year.
WHEREAS said section further provedes that if the
annual levy is made on or after the 1st day of June the BOROUGH
may b
1I Y by resolution establish a later delinquency date.
WHEREAS the levy for the present fiscal year was not
made until after June 1, 1967,
I I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the second half of the
taxes due on the 15th day Y of October, 1967 shall not be delinquent/
II until after the 15th day of November, 1967.
