1967-12 Vacation And Replat Of New Kodiak Subdivision Block 3, Lots One Through Six1 II 1 in KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 67 -12 -R A $$SOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 40 .15.170, ALASKA STATUTES, AND SECTION, 6 OF SUB- CHAPTER 4 OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH: WHEREAS, THE ALASKA STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY has petitioned the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH for the vacation of the following described property: Beginning at a point from which the monument at the intersection of the center lines of Alaska Street and Brookayn Avenue as shown on the plat of Kodiak Townsite, U.S. Survey No. 2537B, as accepted by the Commissioner of the Genera Land Office, September 11, 1941, bears N. 4 10' 249.11 ft.; thence N. 37 24' W. a distance of 188.49 ft.; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 30.00 ft.; a distance of 46.65 ft.; thence S. 53 30' W. a distance of 29.10 ft.; thence S. 66 37' W. a distance of 322.09 ft.; thence S. 22 44' E. a distance of 173.04 ft.; thence N. 67 16' E. a distance of 402.61 ft.; thence 5. 75 05' E. a distance of 41.65 ft.; thence N. 37° 24' W. a c distance o f1535 sq uare to the point of beginning, 8 quare feet, more or less. and, WHEREAS, pursuant to said Petition, a public hearing was held on Wednesday, March 8, 1967, at which time all persons interested could be heard.
