KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NUMBER 65 -1/
WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH is desirous of entering
into a Land Management Agreement with the State of Alaska, Depart-
ment of Natural Resources, Division of Lands, as authorized by
Chapter 100 of the Session Laws of 1965 and
WHEREAS, a proposed Land Management Agreement has been
submitted to the
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by the State of
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Lands, and
WHEREAS, the proposed Land Management Agreement appears
be acceptable in all respects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Land Management
Agreement presented to the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH by the State of
Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Lands, be
