1976-42 Adopting Zoning Map Replacement In Accordance With Title 17.09, Section 17.09.040 Of The Code.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ADOPTING
ZONING MAP REPLACEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 17.09, SECTION 17.09.040
OF THE CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has prepared and
adopted an official zoning map of Kodiak Island Borough, Parts 1 and 2
and have certified same for the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly in
accordance with the procedures set forth in 17.09 of the Code for the
purpose of updating said maps for clarity of interpretation due to the
nature and number of changes and additions effected by due processes up
to and including June 30, 1976.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly does hereby adopt the zoning map of Kodiak Island Borough,
Parts 1 and 2 showing use districts in accordance with said ordinances,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of the official
designated map shall be in the office of the Borough Clerk.
