1976-31 Revising The OCS Council Membership As Established By Resolution No. 76-12-R.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 76 -31 -R WHEREAS, An OCS COUNCIL was established with a membership of nine voting members and the tenth member to be the Planner of the Kodiak Island Borough, and WHEREAS, in order to insure that a cross section of the community is represented on this Council, The composition of the OCS Advisory Council is hereby revised as follows: Said Council shall consist of Thirteen members, appointed by the Borough Mayor to gain the greatest expertise available, to include a member of the United Fishermen's Marketing Association, Shrimp Trawlers Association, Coast Guard Support Center and Kodiak Planning & Zoning Commission. The Borough Planner shall act as the fourteenth member of the council, however he will be a non- voting member. The terms of each member shall be three years however the initial terms shall be staggered as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH REVISING THE OCS COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 76 -12 -R. Four members to be appointed to a one -year term Four members to be appointed to a two -year term Five members to be appointed to a three -year term The Mayor shall cause to be printed in the Kodiak MIRROR and posted at the Post Office and Borough Bulletin Boards, a notice indicating vacancies on this council .
