1976-05 Approving The Final Plat of the Vacation Of Remainder Of Lots 1 and 2, Block 52 And Lot 6, Block 54, East Addition To Townsite of Kodiak U.S. Survey 2538-B and a Portion of 11th AvenueKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 76 -5 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 1 4, SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF REMAINDER OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 52 AND LOT 6, BLOCK 54, EAST ADDITION TO TOWNSITE OF KODIAK, U.S. SURVEY 2538 -B AND A PORTION OF IITH AVENUE, KODIAK, ALASKA. WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that JERRY JOHNSON AND V. R. MULCAHY, has presented for approval their final plat , replatting to Lot 2 -A, Block 52 and Lot 6 -A, Block 54, East Addition. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Borough approved said final plat on the 17th day of December, 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Jerry Johnson and V. R. Mulcahy, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, (October 1975) , and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted. PASSED AND APPROVED this/ day of , 1976.
