A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
SCHOOL SPEED LIMIT SIGNS WITH FLASHING BEACONS CONTRACT.
• WHEREAS, plans and specifications were properly prepared and adver-
tised according to municipal and State codes for construction of the Kodiak
Island Borough School Speed Limit Signs with Flashing Beacons, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is concerned about
improving safety at the school street crossings, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
',to award the School Speed Limit Signs with Flashing Beacons contract to
'.Brechan Enterprises, Inc. of Kodiak, Alaska in an amount
not to exceed $130,710.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of September, 1985 by the
Borough Assembly.
