A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AWARDING THE
KODIAK ISLAND HOSPITAL DESIGN CONTRACT TO MILLS, JOHN & RIGDON, ARCHITECTS,
A.I.A.
WHEREAS, Mills, John & Rigdon, Architects, A.I.A. have completed
the Kodiak Island Hospital Master Facility Plan and Schematic Design Project.
and
WHEREAS, the Architectural Review Board has recommended retention
of Mills, John & Rigdon, Architects, A.I.A. to continue their Design Develop-
, ment and Construction Documents after proper negotiations, and
WHEREAS, staff has successfully negotiated the scope of work and
costs associated with the design of the new Kodiak Island Hospital, and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that the design contract for Kodiak Island Hospital be awarded
to Mills, John & Rigdon, Architects, A.I.A. in an amount not to exceed
$720,000.
