WHEREAS, all monies have been distributed in amounts equal to or
greater than the amounts received during the current budget year, and
WHEREAS, the Hope House intermediate care treatment facility has
claimed 14 beds for which the Borough has received partial funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project level changes:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
project to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these
funds.
All resolutions or parts of resolutions found to be in conflict with
this resolution are hereby explicitly rescinded.

A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT CERTAIN
BUDGET CHANGES IN STATE OF ALASKA PASS THROUGH MONIES.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough is the annual recipient of
certain monies from the State of Alaska under Chapters 88 (Municipal Tax
Resource Equalization) and 89 (State Aid for Miscellaneous Municipal
Purposes), and
WHEREAS, Section 29.89.030(3) is quoted as follows:
" (3) to a municipality in which a health facility is operated,
$2,000 per bed for each bed actually used for patient care, limited
to the number of beds provided for in the construction design of the
health facility, or $8,000 per health facility as the municipality
determines. ", and
