SALE OF FIVE ACRES OF BOROUGH LAND IN SECTION 2, T29S, R21W, S.M.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has received tentative approval
to 126 acres known as the Department of Transportation material site /and
WHEREAS, a lease request for five acres of the maters site for a
homesite was received and reviewed by the Planning and Zoning C mmission; and
