1969-22 Pursuant To Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 Of The KIB Code Of Ordinances and Resolutions Approving The Wright And Welborn J.V. Final Plat OF Borrow Site In Bell's Flats Ak Sub And Approving The Leasing Of Said Site By Wright and Welborn J.V. IKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NUMBER 69 -22 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUB- CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE WRIGHT & WELBORN J.V. FINAL PLAT OF BORROW SITE IN BELL'S FLATS ALASKA SUBDIVISION AND APPROVING THE LEASING OF SAID SITE BY WRIGHT & WELBORN J. V. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS AS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 6, SUB- CHAPTER 1 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS. WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub - Chapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution and which resolution shall provide for the acdeptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and WHEREAS, WRIGHT & WELBORN,J.V. have presented for approval their final plat of Borrow Pit Site within Tract A, Bell!s Flats Alaska Subdivision, consisting of one (1) page bearing the eciidwing legal desbefption: A portion of Tract "A" Bells Flats Alaska Subdivision, Kodiak, Beginning at Hill "A ", identical with corner 1, Navy Tract 2, Bells Flats Alaska Subdivision; thence N 79- 45 -45W 1500.49 Ft; Thence S7- 27 -11E, 362.84 ft. along the westerly boundary tract A to the Center line of Sargent Creek Road; Then N 75- 29 -22E, 150.00 feet along the road Center line to a point of curvature; Thence 244.87 on a curve to the right having a radius of 383.94 feet; thence S 7 -27 -11 E, 1167.65 feet to the center line of Middle Bay Drive; Thence N 52 -35 -06 E, 216.18 feet along the road center line to a point of curvature; thence 207.29 feet on a curve to the Right having a radius of 580.00 feet; Thence N 73- 03 -46E, 155.54 feet along the road center line to a point of intersection with the center line of Sargent Creek Road; Thence N 57 -05 -05 W, 352.12 ft along center line of said road to a point of curvature; thence N 41 -44 -33 E, 1027.84 feet to the point of beginning, containing 19 20 Acres more or less. WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 28th day of May, 1969. NOW THEREFORE RF 1 RFQnt that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by MIGHT & WELBORN, J.V. and grant approval for leasing of said Borrow Pit Site by WRIGHT & WELBORN, J.V. as set forth in Chapter 6, Sub- Chapter 1 of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
