1969-09 Rescinding Resolution 67-9-R Building Requirements On Miller Point First And Second Addition, Kodiak Addition FirstWHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough on the 2nd day of March, 1967, adopted Resolution No. 67 -9 -R which provided that the Borough Assembly desired to protect developers of land in this area and combat inflated land values and in order to do so and eliminate purchasers from buying lands for speculative purposes adopted a restriction requiring that after access had been provided all lots purchased from the Borough at the land sale must be develo•ed within two (2) years in accordance with plans submitted as required by Borough ordinances and WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly at its regular meeting held on February 6, having unanimously passed a motion that this restriction be withdrawn . from the Miller Point First and Second Additions and Kadiak, First Addition NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough that Resolution No. 67 -9 -R be and the same is hereby rescinded.
