Mr. Okey Chandler acting as agent, stated that much of the lot has been lost by erosion, approximately 15 to 20 %. Mr. Estes. because of the size of the lot moved to adjust the tax valuation to E5 pe' square foot with +20% for view. Seconded by 1Ir. Peterson. Ir. Ja stated there isa distinct loss and undercut from erosion. Mr. Pete amended the motion by adding -5% for topography. Seconded by `?r Estes. Ir. Haney stated that the owner has not made a statement about losing land. .lr. Jack amended the amended motion to add -20% for "other" (potential loss of land). 'lotion died for lack of second. Mr. Haney read the assessor's correspondence and the appeal. `ors. Wallin pointed out that an appeal cannot be based on an outside area. This lot has a swamp in the middle. 'ir. Estes moved that the topography be changed to -20 %, irregular modification to -20 %, view +20 %, drainage -10 %to be assessed at 500 per square foot. Secon by ;lr. Jack.
