IV CASES FOR CONSIDERATION BY BOARD Case No. 22 Wilton White - Townsite Blk 8 Lot 7 Appellant presented case and a discussion followed with rebuttal by Assessor. Action deferred until after all cases heard. Case No. 24 Eugene Erwin - Erskine Blk 3, Lot 31 Appellant presented case. Discussion followed. Action deferred until after all cases heard. Case No. 25 B. E. Nachtweih - Erskine Blk 6 Lot 88 Appellant presented case. Discussion followed. Action deferred until after all cases heard. Case No. 26 R. C. Action deferred until after all cases heard. At this time, all cases having been heard, the Board took action as follows: Case No. 26 R. C. Wilson - Erskine Blk 2 Lot 39 Case No. 28 Karluk Company - Erskine Blk 2 Lot 40 Mr. Brechan moved that Lots 39 ~ 40, Blk 2, Erskine be reduced in value to $2500 each. Seconded by Mrs. Hajdu. Carried on unanimous roll call vote. B.O.E. - May 13, 1966 2 Case #22 - Wilton White - Townsite Blk 8 Lot 7 Mr. Lester moved to reduce land assessment to $8600. Seconded by Mr. Brechan and carried by unanimous roll call vote. Case #23 Anita Mann - Erskine Blk 6 Lot 77 & 78 Case #25 B. E. Nachtweih - Erskine Blk 6 Lot 88 Case 9 Mra. Pat Cannon - Erskine Blk 7 Lot 152 (unscheduled) Mrs. Hajdu moved that Lot 77, belonging to Mrs. Mann, and Lot 88, belonging to Mr. Nachtweih, of Blk 6 Erskine be reduced in value $1000 each because of proximity to the cemetery. Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by unanimous roll call vote. Mrs. Hajdu moved that the valuation of Lot 71, Blk 8 Erskine be reduced from its present valuation to $5000, and that lots on Mill Bay Road including Blk 7, Lots 55, 152, 153; and Blk 8, Lots 68-76; Blk 6, Lots 2, 3, 77, 78, 79, 85, 86, 87 & 88, all Erskine, be reduced in value proportionately. Seconded by Mr. Brechan and carried by unanimous roll call vote. Mrs. Hajdu commented that Mrs. Mann's lot (Blk 6 Lot 77) and Mrs. Nachtweih's lot (Blk 6 Lot 88) would therefore be reduced $1000 each because they are adjacent to the cemetery, as well as reduced proportionately to the reduction of Blk 8 Lot 71 to $5000. Case #27 Mike Fitzgerald - Erskine Blk 8 Lots 61 & 62 Case #28 Karluk Company - Erskine Blk 7 Lots 48, 49, 50, Sb, 57 & 58 Erskine Blk 9 Lots 117 & 118 Erskine Blk 1 Lots 41-45 Mrs. Hajdu moved that Erskine Blk 8 Lots 61 & 62; Blk 7, Lots 48, 49, 50, 56, 57, 58; and Blk 9, Lots 117 & 118 stand as evaluated by the Assessor. Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by unanimous roll call vote. Mr. Brechan moved that Erskine Blk 1 Lots 41-45 be reduced in value to $4000 per lot. Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by unanimous roll call vote. Case #29 Mrs. Pat Cannon - Erskine Blk 7 Lot 152 (unscheduled) Mr. Lester moved that the value of the house on Erskine Blk 7 Lot 152 be reduced by $2000.
