The meeting was called to order by Presiding Officer Russell Wright on May 13, 1966,
at 8:15 p.m. in the Magistrate's Court, Kodiak, Alaska.

Mr. Brechan moved that Lots 39 ~ 40, Blk 2, Erskine be reduced in
value to $2500 each. Seconded by Mrs. Hajdu. Carried on unanimous
roll call vote.

Mrs. Hajdu moved that Erskine Lots 26 through 32, Blk 3, be reduced 25
percent of their present valuation. Seconded by Mr. Brechan and carried
by unanimous roll call vote.

Mrs. Hajdu moved that Lot 77, belonging to Mrs. Mann, and Lot 88, belonging
to Mr. Nachtweih, of Blk 6 Erskine be reduced in value $1000 each because
of proximity to the cemetery. Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by
unanimous roll call vote.
Mrs. Hajdu moved that the valuation of Lot 71, Blk 8 Erskine be reduced
from its present valuation to $5000, and that lots on Mill Bay Road
including Blk 7, Lots 55, 152, 153; and Blk 8, Lots 68-76; Blk 6, Lots
2, 3, 77, 78, 79, 85, 86, 87 & 88, all Erskine, be reduced in value
proportionately. Seconded by Mr. Brechan and carried by unanimous roll
call vote.
Mrs. Hajdu commented that Mrs. Mann's lot (Blk 6 Lot 77) and Mrs.
Nachtweih's lot (Blk 6 Lot 88) would therefore be reduced $1000 each
because they are adjacent to the cemetery, as well as reduced
proportionately to the reduction of Blk 8 Lot 71 to $5000.

Mrs. Hajdu moved that Erskine Blk 8 Lots 61 & 62; Blk 7, Lots 48, 49, 50,
56, 57, 58; and Blk 9, Lots 117 & 118 stand as evaluated by the Assessor.
Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by unanimous roll call vote.
Mr. Brechan moved that Erskine Blk 1 Lots 41-45 be reduced in value to
$4000 per lot. Seconded by Mr. Lester and carried by unanimous roll
call vote.
Case #29 Mrs. Pat Cannon - Erskine Blk 7 Lot 152

Mr. Lester moved that the value of the house on Erskine Blk 7 Lot 152
be reduced by $2000. Seconded by Mr. Brechan and carried by unanimous
roll call vote.
