Chair Mahoney called to order the ~eaat Meeting of the 9JVAB at 5:15pm on April 24, 2008 at

Consideration OF Mattersln The Call For The Speaal Meeting
a. Section of Chair and Vioe-Chair
B. Altenhoff made a Motion and it was seconded to entertain nominationsto elect the Chair
and Vice-Chair.
Discussion followed and some ooncernswere the progressof the Board. The Board felt they
needed to start moving forward and start making some deasions.

It was Moved, Chair Mahoney and seconded to Amend the Motion to postpone election until
the next F~gular Meeting. The Motion carried with a 5-2 fill C~II Vote. B. Altenhoff, B. Hinkle,
F. Holm, E Mahoneyand D. F~hrervotingYes. M. CMren and R Pillansvoting No.

There being no further businessthe meeting wasadjourned at 6:08pm.
