Friend Contractors LLC proposes all labor, equipment, materials, and applicable subcontracts to
complete the scope of work outlined below. All work will be conducted in a manner that meets
the project plans, specifications, and standards herein the provided project documents.
This proposal includes:
• Demolition and infill of existing capped AC curb. Replace wet foam up to 12x12 area.

• Field fabricate pipe wrap flashing around stack. SVR Report Item4.5
• Demolition and infill of existing curbs. SVR Report Item 4.1 and 4.9
Exclusions
• Substrate rot repair- Rot repair will be assessed and performed on a T&M basis.
• Testing, sampling, or handling for hazmat.
• Engineering, permitting or 3`d party inspections
