Commissioners excused: Jon Melin and Bill Roberts

Jesse Juhlin and Scoop Fredrickson, Residents
Approval of agenda by unanimous vote.
Approval of minutes by unanimous vote for:
1. Regular Meeting of June 3, 2025.
Citizen's Comments:
JJ; Panamarof Ck Dr needs grading and topping, degrading at the entrance.
SF; Questioned whether unexpended funds were retained by SAB or revert to the KIB (stays
within the SAB account)
Contractor Comments: No representatives present.
Chairman's Report:
1. Work orders; none
2. Budget updates; no update, new FY started July 1
3. Communications; none
Old Business:
1. Fire Dept
a) Brush Truck Recall pends scheduling w/ ferry trip.
b) Received new turnouts, will need to order additional if new recruits join.
2. Road Service; none
New Business:
1. Fire Dept;
a) Volunteer Levels are critically low.
2. Road Service
a) Contractor Representation at meetings would be beneficial for communications and
full board input in scoping, planning and expectations.
Board Member Comments;
JC; grading as weather allows, Lobby KIB for S Russ Ck paving, CIP inclusion
BE; Mid Bay crack seal needs attention.
