Suggestion to move cars for snow removal. Someone should call to let them know
the plow is coming. Doing better not depositing snow in cul-de-sac.
2683 Mt. View - Patty and Elizabeth O'Donnel has put up a new house due to
foundation issues on last one. We would like to work with them so that they don't
run into the same troubles. Two possibilities are to form a step or a ditch with a
burm to deter flooding. There are some trees that need to come out if road is widen
to original plans and ditch is place. Someone need to talk with them on their plans
and if they want to take out their trees. In the past, tree in and around ditch don't
live. Survey need to find out where road needs to be. O'Donnels have some survey
marker already out.
Large Trees and root ball across the street still hanging over Chaz's neighbor's
stairway. Kevin should of taking care of this. Solutions include, contacting him or get
a letter from the Borough. Did he subcontract this out?
Quite a bit of fill needed for the road up top and the first bend because of soft uphill
shoulder. On first bend Jeremy Counciler, 486-0877, has agreed to take out the small
tree on down hill side of first bend to help alleviate the blind corner.
Culvert on bottom of Mt. View is plugged up. Water is welling up through gravel
deposited. Need to call the State DOT on this one. Is it possible to develop a snow
dump spot just above the end of Mt. View? We would need to take out some rock.
Three Sisters
Since putting in the guardrail, the road is too narrow on top, especially on snow
days. Survey to find out where road needs to be. Is it possible to cut into uphill cliff
and form and adequate ditch?
Pothole alley needs better ditching, road raised and culverts installed.
Spruce Circle needs to be ditched.
Pond issue - get Engineers, Surveyor, Committee, Attorney involved.
Look at Large culvert to cut into Dano's hill and cross the road in two spots.
Four culverts needed on bottom of Three Sister's resident, but not a priority.
One large culvert need on Devil's Prong.
Marmot
Sign on top - need to be "endo" or new post.
Ditching and potholes up top. Found three inch hole that fit a seventeen inch stick
down. Get estimates for Engineer and get Borough involved. Is it possible to get on
CIP list?
Ridge Circle needs ditch down left side.
1688 Marmot (Pat) bill for culver and need to already fix squished uphill edge.
Need shallow ditch across Brechan employee large lot (across of Sunenberg) at
1654.
Island Circle need to be ditched and widened. Survey? Found marker on apex in
uphill bushes. Cul-de-sac needs to be cleared out. Pontiac hauled out. Culvert need
to new house fully at their expense.
Boat needs to be removed before wintertime across from Logan Cranes.
