A reminder letter in the fall to those parking in the cul-de-sac to move their cars so - - --�
we can plow and remove snow.
Also remind contractor in fall to move the snow down Mt.View to the area between
O'Donnel and Councilor's property.
2683 Mt. View - Patty and Elizabeth O'Donnel send letter to let them know we will
be adding the burm and ditch along the right -of way at the south side of their
property to stop water from hitting their foundation. If they want to take down trees
in front of their house now would be the time to do it before we start work. They
need to add a culvert under their driveway.
Culvert on bottom of Mt. View is plugged up. Water is welling up through gravel
deposited. Need to send letter to State DOT about culvert maintenance.
Take rock blocking culvert and fill pot holes next to highway (north side) and at the
end of the blacktop on Mt. View
Three Sisters
Ditch Three Sisters, Spruce, Monashka Circle, Forest Drive
Trash -mail box - pull out has water welling up causing a glacier in winter, need to
add shallow ditch to move water away from dumpster and into ditch system.
Since putting in the guardrail, the road is too narrow on top, especially on snow days.
Cut five feet into uphill cliff and form and adequate ditch for snow and water run-off.
Move Speed Limit sign.
Pothole alley needs better ditching, road raised and culverts installed. Cut Potholes
and compact add calcium chloride and compact and crown road - add fill to rase road
bed.
1660 add culvert and fix ditch.
1754 west side driveway, extend ditch to driveway edge.
1855 south side - clean up ditch
1943 SW ditch edge extended
2046 remove rock that was knocked off you grader and replace on top of culvert next
to driveway.
Four culverts needed on bottom of Three Sister's resident, Murry, St. Denny,
Thummel and clean ditch.
2147 clean culverts
Spruce Circle - Add fill over culvert and crown.
Devils Prong - ditch around cul-de-sac and seed bank to stabilize it. Cleaned around
culverts.
Monashka Way - sign agreement to add guardrail or fill and add rocks to keep
vehicles from going into pond (request of property owner)
Forest Drive - cul-de-sac add more rock
Replace culvert across road at end
have KEA remove small tree by power pole #IL155/R14L4 tree is ready to fall on
power lines.

Replace road name Sign on top.
Small access culvert damaged by plow needs to be fixed or removed. And ditch
cleaned.
Ditching and potholes up top cut potholes and add calcium chloride, compact and
crown.
Found three inch hole that fit a seventeen inch stick down. Get estimates for
Engineer and get Borough involved. Is it possible to get on CIP list? (Send request to
Woody at Borough) maybe Geo-textile to stabilize roadway.
Ridge Circle needs ditch down left side. (Have Rick Reeser move commercial
equipment from property. (This has been done and looks like the property is being
filled. Make sure a perk test is in place before building permit issued as this is
swamp. (Woody)
