with workmans compensation insurance payment.

Horace Simmons moved we adopt Bayside Fire Dept. articles.
Bill Wever seconded. Discussion. Horace Simmons moved we
re -word ( Attendance at fires ) Bill Wever seconded. motion
carried. Main motion carried.
Chiefs Evaluation: Completed and signed by Board.
Direction given to chief to formulate policy on 6 items.
1. Purchases.
2. Uniforms.
3. Leave.
4. Vehicle use.
5. Code compliance.
6. Pre -fire planning.
Constitution and Bylaws: Remain on the table.
Fire station addition: No action.
COMMITTED TO FIRE PREVENTION AND SAFETY IN FIRE PROTECTION AREA #1. KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGR
Fire fighters physicals: Bill Swearingin moved we adopt a

2. 3.m.a.k. 24.
3. Lung capacity test.
4. Stress test.
as a fire fighter physical to be done on an annual basis.
Bill Wever seconded. Motion carried.
Consolidation: Discussion.
Work session on short and long range goals to be set next
meeting.
Building burning policy: Rough draft presented by Chief
Smith. Finished document to be presented next meeting.
Chiefs Report:
Meeting planned to resolve some problems on dispatch and
boundries.
