MINUTES OF THE MEETING
of the
SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1 ADVISORY BOARD
July 6, 1983
The Service District No. 1 Advisory Board met at 7:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, July 6, 1983, in the Borough Assembly Chambers.
The following members were present: Scott Arndt, Carolyn
Brisco, Dick Juelson, and Jim Poulos. Ed Van Fleet, Susan
Klemzak, and Norm Wooten were absent.
Dave Crowe, Borough Engineer, presented the plans for
Water and Sewer Improvements, Projects No. 82-2 and 82-3.
After some discussion, Dick Juelson moved the a roval of the

Scott Arndt then introduced for discussion the question of
what date should be established for determining what properties
will be serviced at Service District expense on Projects No.
82-2 and 82-3. Dick Juelson moved that the Service District
pay for services to properties which were develoDed or had
building permits issue on or before July 9 The motion

Scott Arndt then introduced the question of future sub-
division of land serviced by the low pressure sewer around Dark
Lake and Island Lake. After considerable discussion, it was
the consensus of the Advisory Board that a recommendation be
forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission that those
properties not be allowed to subdivide into more than two lots
due to the design limitations of the pressure sewer. The
properties affected would be as follows:
Lots 1 through 10, U. S. Survey 3103;
Lots 1 through 13, U. S. Survey 3104;
Lots 2 through 14, U. S. Survey 3464;
Lots 8 through 18, U. S. Survey 3466.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:30 p.m.
