MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 25, 1990
A. CALL TO ORDER: 7:35 PM. September 25, 1990.
B. ACCEPT AGENDA: Accepted.
C. ROLL CALL: Chief Earl Smith, Scott Arndt, John Shank and
Charles Lorenson.
D. APPROVE MINUTES: Add Scott to last minutes. Sorry Scott!
E. FINANCIAL REPORT: Accepted.
F. VISITORS: Doug Mathers, Andy Nault and Bill Weaver.
G. OLD BUSINESS:
1. TRAINING FACILITY: Chief Smith discussed the progress
of the Training Facility.
2. DUMP FIRE: Chief Smith presented a letter saying we
would not receive payment for engine time
at the Dump Fire. Board discussion followed.
H. NEW BUSINESS:
1. LOST RADIO: Chief Smith discussed the Radio that was
lost from the pick-up truck. Scott moved
to expend the money for a new Radio. John
seconded. Passed unanimously.
2. FIRE CONFERENCE: The Board discussed sending four (4)
peo le to Palmer for the Annual Conference
Scot made a motion. Charles seconded.
Passed unanimously.
3. ANNEXATION: The Board discussed the Service District and
it's notice of a Public Hearing. Scott made
a motion to have a Public Hearing reguarding
actions of the Service District I. Charles
seconded. Passed unanimously.
